Home inspector license data is sourced directly from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) bulk license database. We do not rely on self-reported listings or inspector submissions for credential information.

Each profile shows:

• License number (verifiable at IPLA's online portal)
• Current status (Active, Probation, Expired)
• License expiration date
• Business name and city (when available in IPLA data)
• County (sourced from IPLA address data)

The database is refreshed automatically from IPLA data. If a license expires or is revoked, the profile is updated on the next refresh cycle.

Indiana Home Inspector Licensing

Indiana licenses home inspectors under IC 25-20.2, administered by the Indiana Home Inspector Licensing Board through IPLA. Key requirements include:

• Education — Completion of an approved home inspector training program
• Examination — Passing the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) or equivalent
• Experience — Supervised inspection experience before independent licensing
